Registration Instructions

Credit union members from all states are welcome with concurrence of their state leagues and should register under "League Member Credit Union." Check the appropriate boxes indicating your registration category.

Registrations will not be processed without payment.

For registrations and payment received by October 18, 2013, confirmations will be emailed within five (5) business days. Please check your confirmation for accuracy.

Full Day Registration Includes:

  • Annual Business Meetings
  • All General and Education Sessions (unless noted otherwise)
  • Welcome Reception
  • Wednesday Luncheon
  • Exhibit Hall

One-Day Registration Includes:

  • All General Sessions
  • All Educational Sessions and meals
    (for the dates which you are registered, unless noted otherwise)
  • Monday only registrants also include the Welcome Reception
  • Wednesday only registrants also include the Luncheon and Speaker
  • Exhibit Hall

Guest Registration Includes:

  • Welcome Reception
  • Wednesday Luncheon

California and Nevada Annual Business Meetings:
Members wishing to attend one or both League Annual Meetings, and no other portion of the convention, may register at no charge. All voting representatives must be registered and be listed on the credit union's Credentials Certificate. If you wish to change your current Certificate, or if your credit union does not have a Certificate on file, a new Certificate must be completed.

All Credentials Certificates must be submitted to the League's Credentials Desk no later than noon on October 30, 2013, or they will be considered "late" and will require membership approval at the Annual Business Meeting. For questions or comments specifically regarding Credentials Certificates, contact Davina Law at 800-472-1702, ext. 6005.

RMJ FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIPS
Small credit unions needing financial assistance in order to participate are encouraged to apply for funding through the RMJ Foundation. To download an application, visit www.rmjfoundation.org.

PHOTOS
Photo/Video Release: Throughout the Annual Meeting and Convention ("AMC"), CCUL/CLSC will be snapping photographs and capturing video to document the various events (e.g., general sessions, educational sessions, social functions, and related events). As a registrant or attendee of the AMC, you give your permission for CCUL/CLSC to photograph or videotape you at any such events and to use your name and/or image in any print, digital or archival materials, including its website, social media, or other publications, without limitation and without the expectation of compensation.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations and refund requests must be sent in writing by e-mail to registrations@ccul.org. Requests received by September 30, 2013 are eligible for a refund less a 20% processing fee. Registration fees and optional event fees are non-refundable after September 30, 2013. Substitutions will be accepted any time.
