Hotel Reservations
Rooms are being held at the Manchester Grand Hyatt for attendees of the California and Nevada Credit Union Leagues 2011 Annual Meeting and Convention until October 3 at the special rate of $264 for single or double occupancy plus room tax. After October 3, rooms will be available on a rate- and space-available basis. Please call the hotel at 800.233.1234 or 619.232.1234 to secure your reservations and request the CCUL 2011 Annual Meeting and Convention rate.

To cancel a hotel reservation and request a refund of your deposit, you must contact Manchester Grand Hyatt directly. The Manchester Grand Hyatt requires a 72-hour cancellation notice. Be sure to obtain a cancellation number directly from the hotel. If the hotel does not receive notification of your cancellation, you will forfeit your deposit. In addition, if you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit and your reservation will be cancelled. Notification to the League of canceling plans to attend the convention will not result in cancellation of hotel reservations or refund of hotel deposits.

Airport Transfers
The Manchester Grand Hyatt is located approximately three miles from San Diego International Airport (Lindbergh Field). Cost of a taxi is approximately $10 one way.

Parking
Self-parking is currently $20 a day. Valet parking is $26 a day.

Suites: Requests for suites must be made, in writing, to Neil Schwartz at the Leagues. Neil can be reached at neils@ccul.org. Please include your space requirements. If you are requesting a suite, do not call the hotel until you have received a response from the Leagues to your request.

Federal Credit Union Tax Exemption
To obtain tax exemption forms, contact Tony Magnon at the Leagues at 800.472.1702, ext. 6024.

Registration Confirmation
You will receive an e-mailed confirmation after completing online registration. If you submit your registration by mail or fax, you will receive written confirmation within five business days. If you have not received your confirmation within three weeks of submitting your registration form, please call us at 800.472.1702, option 2, to verify receipt of your registration.

Registration Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your convention registration, fax written notice of cancellation to 909.476.5957 or email notice to amc@ccul.org. All requests for refunds received on or before October 1 will be subject to a $50 processing fee ($20 for guests). Registration fees and ticketed event fees are non-refundable after October 1. Substitutions will be accepted at any time.

Official Photography During the Convention
Attendees should know that through their attendance, they are granting the Leagues permission to use photos taken during the convention in various industry publications.

Dress Code
The dress code for all events is business casual. We recommend you dress in layers to accommodate the variance in temperatures in the meeting rooms.
