This category of exhibitor does not include booth or table space in the exhibit hall, but does allow exhibitor representatives to attend the convention and conduct business onsite.

Booth/Table Top Assignments
Every attempt will be made to assign the booths from the choices submitted by each company.  The assignment of booths will be made on a first-come, first-served basis; in the order the Participation Application and payment are received.  Show Manager reserves the right to assign booth location.

Exhibitor Move In/Move Out
Move In: Noon – 5pm, Wednesday, October 26, 2011
Dismantling and packing of booths can be done either on Thursday night or Friday morning.
Exhibitor Move Out: 8 – 10pm, Thursday, October 27, 2011 and 8 – 10am, Friday, October 28, 2011
It will be each Exhibitor's responsibility to see that all materials are removed from the facility by 10a.m Thursday October 27, 2011

Representative Registration Fees
Four (4) complimentary representative registrations are included with each double booth space purchased.
Two (2) complimentary representative registrations are included with each single booth space purchased.
One (1) complimentary representative registration is included with each Table Top space purchased and with each Networking Exhibitor registration. 

Additional representatives may register for $795 per person
